She also has other regular gigs, including BBC2’s “The Great British Sewing Bee” and BBC1 movie review programme “Film 2016.”
4. Fiona Bruce. Rumoured BBC salary: £800,000 ($1 million).
Fiona Bruce is likely to be the BBC’s best-paid female star. As well as being a regular BBC News anchor, she also presents “Antiques Roadshow” and “Fake Or Fortune.”
3. Chris Evans. Rumoured BBC salary: £1.6 million ($2.2 million).
Chris Evans became one of the BBC’s highest paid stars when he signed up to host "Top Gear" last year.
He has now left the BBC2 motoring brand, which is likely to result in a hefty drop in his earnings, but he still hosts BBC Radio 2’s flagship breakfast show.
Evans said last year that TV stars get paid too much. "Most of us work part time anyway so just pay us less — that's what I would do. It's not rocket science," he said.
2. Gary Lineker. Rumoured BBC salary: £1.5 million ($2 million).
Gary Lineker will be one of the key BBC presenters during the Rio Olympics this month, but he is best known for his work on Premier League highlights show “Match of the Day.”
He agreed a new five-year deal with the BBC last year, under which the broadcaster allowed him to present BT Sport’s Champions League coverage.
This is rumoured to have reduced the amount Lineker earns from the BBC by around £500,000.
1. Graham Norton. Rumoured BBC salary: Up to £2.5 million ($3.3 million).
Graham Norton is a fixture of Friday nights on BBC1, presenting popular chat show "The Graham Norton Show."
Norton hosts other BBC programmes, including the "Bafta Television Awards" and upcoming BBC1 entertainment show "Let It Shine," which will search for the stars of a Take That musical.
His £2.5 million earnings were published by So Television, the TV production company he owns, and include "presenter fees, production fees and royalties."
