Ubisoft announces Rainbow Six Mobile for iOS and Android — registrations open

Citing the popularity of mobile gaming Ubisoft has announced Rainbow Six Mobile for iOS and Android. The announcement came via an official blog post along with details of the game. The developer has only announced the game so far, and the release date is still unknown. All we know is that it’ll soon be available for beta for some registered users.According to Ubisoft, Rainbow Six Mobile will have two teams of five — Attackers and Defenders. Characters, gameplay, and maps will share similarities with the PC and console version - Siege. Users will get an all-new gameplay control system that is specially developed for mobile devices.
Ubisoft highlights that users will be able to play tactical shooter mode with maps like Borner and Bank. Also, you can check out the trailer below.

The game will have different characters assigned to attackers and defenders. These characters will have unique abilities of their own that can be used tactically as per the game plan. The attacking characters will include Sledge, Ash, Thermite, Twitch, and Hibana while defending characters will be Valkyrie, Mute, Smole, Caveira, and Bandit.

How to sign up for Rainbow Six Mobile?
To sign up, visit the official website once there, you need to sign in with your Ubisoft account or you can log in with Facebook, Xbox, Twitch, and PlayStation account. You can also create a new account.
Once logged into your Ubisoft account, you will see multiple tabs. Choose the Betas and tests tab and click on Rainbow Six Mobile. You will be prompted to answer some questions including whether you have played other mobile first person shooter titles like COD: Mobile, Garena Free Fire and PUBG: Mobile. Once done, your email will be registered where you’ll receive further notifications from the developer. Note that not only a few will be selected for the beta test.
