WhatsApp now allows you to use the same account on two phones.- The new feature allows you to use the app on up to five devices at once, including two smartphones.
- Here’s how to add and remove your WhatsApp account from your second phone.
WhatsApp launched Multi-device support last year, but unlike apps such as Telegram, WhatsApp allowed users to only log in to one phone and four computers or tablets. The app did not allow users to log into more than one phone simultaneously.

- Now, click on “Link a device”.
- Then, open WhatsApp on your primary device and click on the three dots menu on the top right corner.
- Now, click on “Linked devices”.
- Now, click on “Link a device”.
- Scan the QR code being shown on the secondary device.
If you wish to remove the WhatsApp account from your second phone, follow the below steps –
- Open WhatsApp on your primary phone and click on the three dots menu.
