How to enable
- Sign up for WhatsApp beta program on the Play Store.
- Download the latest beta version on your phone.
- Now, open WhatsApp on your phone.
- Tap the overflow button (three dots) at the top right corner.
- Click on ‘Settings’ and then click on ‘Chats’.
- Now, click on ‘Theme’ and select the theme you want to use.
- You can choose from ‘Light’ and ‘Dark’ and a third option that depends on your Android version.
- Android 10 users will get the ‘System Default’ option and users on Android Pie and below versions will get the ‘Set by Battery Saver’ option on the app.
