Following its announcement back in September 2023, Meta is finally starting to roll out the highly-anticipated Meta AI—one of the world’s leading AI assistants—across India in the English language.
Built with Meta Llama 3, this AI assistant is designed to integrate smoothly with WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger and Instagram. This will allow users to benefit from its features directly from the feeds and chats within these platforms, and that too free of cost.
Announcing the roll-out, Meta stated: “With our most powerful large language model (LLM) under the hood, Meta AI is better than ever. We’re excited to share our next-generation assistant with even more people and can’t wait to see how it enhances people’s lives.”
