It moved into one of London's most iconic office spaces - the Heron Tower - in August and has decked out the place as a pretty cool place to work. It's got a gaming area, pool table and even an old school style fine whisky and gin meeting room.

The unicorn company only has 10 employees so far working for SurveyMonkey in the UK but the group's CEO Bill Veghte told Business Insider that the rows and rows of empty seats in the office shows how "committed" he is to Britain, in what he says is the second most important market for the group behind the US.

"The UK is a critical market for us as there are over 2 million users are in Britain," said Veghte. "We are [a] big disruptor. We have a high quality, much faster product at a much lower cost. It's extremely competitive. We want to show people that it's a good investment as the UK is under penetrated."

While showing us around the new office, Veghte also told us all about what it takes to work there and how important culture is to the company's DNA.
