Andrew Ward started every class with a cheery "Buenos dias!"

Andrew Ward is a man who knows how to make an entrance. Ward, a Spanish teacher at Turner High School in Kansas City, Kansas, has made a habit of bursting into the classroom each day with outstretched arms and an exceptionally cheery "Buenos dias!" to greet his students. This spring, two of those students decided to catch their teacher on video.

During the final months of the school year, two graduating seniors secretly filmed Ward's entrances, stitching together their favorites and presenting the completed video to their teacher before their departure, Buzzfeed News reports. Last week, Ward shared the video on Facebook, where it's already been viewed more than 420,000 times.

Ward told BuzzfeedNews that the enthusiastic greeting was simply a way to "begin class with a smile each day.

And it's hard not to smile watching him - especially when he dons a sombrero.
