Noam Wasserman has studied 10,000 founders from 3,500 startups to figure out what makes some companies successful - and others less so.

On Thursday, December 12, at 1 pm ET, Wasserman will share what he's learned in a live interactive event with Business Insider.

Wasserman's books include "The Founder's Dilemmas" (2012) and "Life Is a Startup" (2018). He previously taught at Harvard Business School and was the founding director of the Founder Central initiative at the University of Southern California. Now he's the dean at Yeshiva University's Sy Syms School of Business.

In our live event, Wasserman will speak with Business Insider correspondent Shana Lebowitz and outline key questions for entrepreneurs to consider before launching their company. Join us for this exclusive opportunity.

In the meantime, fill out this survey and share more details about your entrepreneurial goals. Wasserman will tailor his advice to specific challenges and experiences of survey participants. Audience members will also be invited to ask questions.

This event is a must-see for current and aspiring startup founders.

Sign up here to secure your spot. We hope to see you there!
