Maggi Masala Tikka/Maggi Cutlet

Use the leftover Maggi or boil Maggi into the water. In a big bowl, grate potatoes and mix with Maggi. Add carrots or any vegetable of your choice – along with bread crumbs. Add salt, ginger, green chillies, garlic paste, chat masala and coriander to the dry mixture. Mix the ingredients together and shape it into a round tikki. Deep fry or shallow fry the tikki as per your liking. Sprinkle a bit of Maggi masala (tastemaker) on tikki for that extra zing. Serve hot with chutney and tomato ketchup.

Take chicken in a bowl, add chilly powder, turmeric powder and lemon juice. Add tastemaker and a bit of sugar. Pour oil in a pan, add garlic, saute for few seconds and add chopped onions and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken and let it cook for 10 minutes. Add more salt if you want. Add boiled Maggi noodles to the pan. Mix, cook and serve!

To make the filling: – Heat 1 tbsp. oil. Saute capsicum and french beans for 2 minutes. Add Maggi noodles, water and let the mixture boil. Add the taste maker. Add ginger chilli paste, chaat masala, 1 and 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup, shredded cabbage and spring onions. Add salt as per taste and mix well. To make the rolls: – Take one spring roll sheet. Spread the noodles mixture over the sheets. Make tight rolls covering up the noodle mixture completely. Fix the edges of the rolls with plain flour paste and deep fry the rolls. Cut the rolls in pieces once they cool down a bit. Serve with capsico and tabsaco sauce mixture.

Add water in a vessel and bring it to boil. Now add Maggi and masala into the water. At this stage add corn and a bit of salt to the Maggi. Grease a flat baking tray with a dollop of butter. Once the noodles are half-cooked, pour them in the greased baking tray. After leveling up the noodles on the tray, add the shredded cheese on top. Cover the bed of noodles with cheese and sprinkle some fresh herbs on top. Place the baking tray in a preheated oven for 4-5 minutes. Take the tray out of the oven once the cheese melts and a light brown crust starts appearing on top. There you are! Your Cheese and Corn Maggi is ready. Serve.
