Stocks Go Negative

Stocks Go Negative

It's been a mostly quiet morning so far in U.S. trading, but stocks have just slipped into negative territory.

Many traders are taking note of a headline from Russian news agency Interfax saying a U.N. envoy has been kidnapped in Ukraine's Crimea region, where recent military tensions between the two countries have been centered. It's unclear whether this has actually had an effect on price action, however.

U.S. Treasuries have been rallying since the release of weaker-than-expected ISM non-manufacturing survey data at 10 AM ET, and recently went positive.
