After a small hiatus amid the Budget, the initial public offerings (IPO) are back again, with three mainboard companies and multiple small and medium enterprises (SMEs) looking to raise funds from the primary market.
The three mainboard companies looking to raise funds from the primary market include Ola Electric, Akums Drugs and Ceigall India. Apart from this, seven SMEs will also launch their IPOs this week.

Akums Drugs
Akums Drugs
The first mainboard IPO this week is Akums Drugs, a pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organisation. The company is looking to raise up to ₹1,856.74 crore from the market, including a fresh issue of ₹680 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of ₹1,176.74 crore. The company’s IPO begins on July 30 and ends on August 1.
Ceigall India
Ceigall India
Ceigall India, an infrastructure construction company is looking to raise funds through the primary market by a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹684.3 crore, and an OFS of 1,41,74,840 equity shares by existing shareholders. The IPO opens on August 1 and closes on August 5.
Ola Electric

Bhavish Aggarwal-led Ola Electric is all set to enter the primary market through an IPO, making them the first of the new EV companies to get listed on the exchanges. The company is looking to raise up to ₹6,145.56 crore, including a fresh issue of ₹5,500 crore and an OFS of ₹646 crore. The company’s IPO begins on August 2 and closes on August 6.
SME IPOs this week

Seven SMEs are looking to raise funds from the primary market this week, with five IPOs set to begin on July 30 and one each on July 31 and August 1. The companies include Bulkcorp, Kizi Apparels, Dhariwalcorp and Ashapura Logistics.
