Reported 31 percent percent on year growth in profit at ₹632 crore while revenue from operations rose by 15 percent to ₹11,960 crore during the same period.

Mindtree, L&T Infotech

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) announced the merger of its two software companies, L&T Infotech and Mindtree. The combined entity will be known as LTIMindtree. After the merger, all shareholders of Mindtree will get 73 shares of LTI for every 100 shares.

The women’s clothing brand reported a 73 percent growth in year-on-year profit at ₹12 crore in the March quarter.

Reserve Bank of India has approved the amalgamation of Equitas Holdings and Equitas Small Finance Bank.
