The Protean eGov Technologies IPO opened on November 6 and closed on November 8. The price band for the IPO was ₹752 to ₹792 per share.
Robust subscription
On the last day, the Protean eGov Technologies IPO was subscribed 23.86 times, receiving bids for 110.45 crore equity shares against 43.79 lakh shares on offer.

While the qualified institutional buyer portion was subscribed 46.94 times, the non-institutional investors portion was subscribed 31.62 times. The retail portion also witnessed good participation and was subscribed 8.93 times. The employee portion was subscribed 1.49 times.
Grey market premium
The shares of Protean eGov Technologies are currently commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of ₹80 per share. GMP is the premium at which IPO shares are traded in an unofficial market before they are listed on the stock exchanges.
