After a week filled with small and medium enterprise (SME) segment initial public offerings (IPOs), the third week of July will be relatively quiet. Apart from one mainboard IPO, three SME IPOs will hit the street this week.

Sanstar Limited is the only company from the mainboard segment, while companies like Tunwal E-Motors, Kataria Industries and Macobs Technologies are from the SME segment.

Sanstar Limited

Sanstar Limited is the only IPO from the mainboard segment this week. The company, which manufactures plant-based products and ingredients for food, pet food and more is looking to raise ₹510.15 crore from the primary market.

This includes a fresh issue of ₹397.10 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of ₹113.05 crore.

The IPO will open on Friday, July 19 and close on July 23.

Tunwal E-Motors

The Tunwal E-Motors SME IPO is currently live and will close on July 18. The electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing company is involved in designing, manufacturing and distributing electric two-wheelers.

The company is looking to raise ₹115.64 crore from the market, which includes a fresh issue of ₹81.72 crore and an OFS component of ₹33.93 crore.

Kataria Industries

The Kataria Industries SME IPO will open on Tuesday, July 16 and close on July 19. The company manufactures LRPC strands, steel wires, sheathing ducts, aluminium conductors and more.

The company is looking to raise ₹54.58 crore from the market, which is completely a fresh issue and there is no OFS component.

Macobs Technologies

The third SME IPO this week is of Macobs Technologies, which produces products for male grooming and sells them online. The IPO will open on Tuesday, July 16 and close on July 19.

The company is looking to raise ₹19.46 crore from the market, which is completely a fresh issue and there is no OFS component.
