Noida-based Interarch Building Products, a turnkey pre-engineered steel construction solutions provider is expected to announce the allotment status of its initial public offering (IPO) on Thursday, August 22.

The Interarch Building Products IPO opened on August 19 and closed on August 21. The price band for the Interarch Building Products IPO was ₹850 to ₹900 per share.

On its last day, the Interarch Building Products IPO was subscribed 93.46 times, receiving bids for 43.85 crore equity shares against 46.92 lakh shares on offer.

While the qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion was subscribed 205.41 times, the non-institutional investor's portion was subscribed 128.35 times. The retail portion was subscribed 19 times. The employee portion was subscribed 23.93 times.
