The website of Happiest Minds IPO registrar KFin Technologies Private Limited crashed on September 15 after investors rushed to check their IPO allotment status for the recently concluded Happiest Minds ₹702-crore initial public offering (IPO).This came after the Happiest Minds IPO received an overwhelming response from the investors, making it the 8th most subscribed IPO in a decade. The IPO was oversubscribed 150.98 times.
The issue received bids for over 3.51 billion shares worth up to ₹58,000 crores against the offered size of over 23 million equity shares.
