Logistics and supply chain company Delhivery is all set to open its ₹5,235 crore initial public offering (IPO) today, May 11.The IPO consists of ₹4,000 crore through fresh issue and ₹1,235 crore as an offer for sale (OFS). Shareholders like Carlyle, Japanese Softbank, Fosun group-owned China Momentum Fund and Times Internet will sell some of their shares in the IPO.
The net proceeds from the fresh issue of the IPO will be used to fund the company’s acquisitions and expansion plans.
