Here's what you need to know before the markets open.

1. Janet Yellen will pledge to "act big" on stimulus at her hearing later today. See how the markets are reacting to the Treasury Secretary nominee's plans for the economy.

2. Oil demand will pick up in 2021, but it will take until the second half of the year for that to filter through. The IEA is forecasting a rise of 5.5 million barrels per day in demand.
