James Anderson and Ravindra Jadeja had an altercation during the Trent Bridge Test against India in 2014. Jadeja accused Anderson of abusing and pushing him at the start of the lunch break. The England and Wales Cricket Board counter-charged Jadeja with having turned towards Anderson in a threatening manner. However, video evidence showed both were not guilty.

This happened when Bangladesh’s Mustafizur Rahman collided with MS Dhoni but ended up off balance. The bowler got away with walking in Rohit Sharma’s path earlier, but Dhoni appeared to shove Mustafizur out of the way, though he said later that he tried his best to soften the impact by shifting the bat to his other hand. Both of them were fined.

Gautam Gambhir faced one Test match ban when he hit Shane Watson in his chest with his elbow during a Test in 2008. Watson was also fined for his clenched fist.
