ESPN Fantasy Owned: 99.8%
One thing to know: Russell Wilson played well considering Marshawn Lynch was out most of the game. But the 26-0 shutout of the Bears was more about Chicago's awful offense (they punted on every possession!) and the return of Kam Chancellor on Seattle's defense.

Team record: 0-3
DYAR rank: 14
QBR rank: 24
ESPN Fantasy Owned: 46.7%
One thing to know: Jeff Zrebiec says Flacco sounds like a player challenging his teammates when he says "… make sure that we want to go out there and win a football game.” And then, “we’re not believing in ourselves enough and we’re not envisioning winning those football games."

Team record: 0-3
DYAR rank: 25
QBR rank: 25
ESPN Fantasy Owned: 71.7%

20. Andrew Luck, Indianapolis Colts
Team record: 1-2
DYAR rank: 30
QBR rank: 30
ESPN Fantasy Owned: 99.9%
One thing to know: Rumors continue to circle that Luck is injured. Matt Hasselbeck throwing to T.Y. Hilton and Donte Moncrief during practice won't dispel those rumors.

QBR rank: 22
ESPN Fantasy Owned: 5.1%
One thing to know: Sally Jenkins says there are reasons to be bullish on Cousins, writing "cure his interception issues, and you’ve got a smart, mobile quarterback who gives you good third-down consistency, avoids sacks, and has a near 70-percent completion rate." Of course, "curing [a quarterback's] interception issues" is often easier said, than done.
25. Nick Foles, St. Louis Rams
Team record: 1-2
DYAR rank: 15
QBR rank: 26
ESPN Fantasy Owned: 14.6%
One thing to know: Jeff Gordon gave Foles a C- for his performance on Sunday, noting he "needed a bit more help to produce points" and his interception in the fourth quarter "helped doom the Rams."

QBR rank: 21
ESPN Fantasy Owned: 9.4%

I think he got us into the right play better. I thought his mechanics were better. He was tighter in the pocket. He was a bit more accurate. He completed more balls."
31. Jameis Winston, Tampa Bay Bucs
Team record: 1-2
DYAR rank: 29
QBR rank: 27
ESPN Fantasy Owned: 24.4%
