32. Cleveland Browns
31. San Francisco 49ers
Record: 1-10
Week 12 result: Lost to the Dolphins, 31-24
Week 12 star: Colin Kaepernick has played well recently, and looked like his old self against the Dolphins. He threw for 296 yards and three touchdowns (plus one pick), and added another 110 yards rushing. He was stopped on the 2-yard line to lose the game, though.
Week 13 opponent: at Chicago Bears
One thing to know: Hey, the 49ers might actually win this weekend!
30. Jacksonville Jaguars
Record: 2-9
Week 12 result: Lost to the Bills, 28-21
Week 12 star: Malik Jackson had two sacks and two tackles for losses.
Week 13 opponent: vs. Denver Broncos
One thing to know: NFL analyst and former linebacker Bart Scott said the Jaguars would be 6-5 with their backup quarterback in over Blake Bortles. Things could get very ugly in Week 13 against the Broncos' fearsome defense.
29. Chicago Bears
Record: 2-9
Week 12 result: Lost to the Titans, 27-21
Week 12 star: Marquess Wilson caught eight passes for 125 yards and a touchdown.
Week 13 opponent: vs. San Francisco 49ers
One thing to know: Hey, the Bears might actually win this weekend!
28. Los Angeles Rams
Record: 4-7
Week 12 result: Lost to the Saints, 49-21
Week 12 star: Jared Goff was competent in his second game, completing 62% of his passes for 214 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception.
Week 13 opponent: at New England Patriots
One thing to know: A strange public spat has emerged between Jeff Fisher and Rams Hall of Fame running back Eric Dickerson over Dickerson's presence on the sidelines. Dickerson pledged to not attend a Rams game while Fisher is head coach.
27. New York Jets
Record: 3-8
Week 12 result: Lost to the Patriots, 22-17
Week 12 star: Ryan Fitzpatrick found some of his old magic, throwing for 269 yards and two TDs. He was strip-sacked to end the game, though.
Week 13 opponent: vs. Indianapolis Colts
One thing to know: Brandon Marshall said this week that he wants to retire as a Jet. The question is whether the team will want to keep him on the books for $7.7 million.
26. Cincinnati Bengals
Record: 3-7-1
Week 12 result: Lost to the Ravens, 19-13
Week 12 star: We'll give it to Vontaze Burfict for successfully baiting Steve Smith Sr. into a penalty with an outrageous flop.
Week 13 opponent: vs. Philadelphia Eagles
One thing to know: The Bengals' offense was horrific without A.J. Green and Ginovani Bernard. They punted or turned the ball over on eight of their 11 possessions in Week 12.
25. Arizona Cardinals
Record: 4-6-1
Week 12 result: Lost to the Falcons, 38-19
Week 12 star: David Johnson accounted for most of the Arizona offense, rushing for a team-high 58 yards and also adding a team-high 103 yards receiving (and a score).
Week 13 opponent: vs. Washington Redskins
One thing to know: Bruce Arians ripped the "selfishness" of some defensive players on his team. At this point, their season is all but over.
24. Philadelphia Eagles
Record: 5-6
Week 12 result: Lost to the Packers, 27-13
Week 12 star: Nobody!
Week 13 opponent: at Cincinnati Bengals
One thing to know: Carson Wentz had a rough November. In four games, he completed just 60% of his passes for an average 6.5 yards per attempt, threw two touchdowns to five interceptions with a 70.9 passer rating.
23. Carolina Panthers
Record: 4-7
Week 12 result: Lost to the Raiders, 35-32
Week 12 star: Jonathan Stewart carried the ball for 96 yards and two touchdowns.
Week 13 opponent: at Seattle Seahawks
One thing to know: The Panthers put two centers on the IR this week, meaning their depleted offensive line will now start a third-stringer in the middle of it. At this rate, the Panthers should think about shutting the season down and get a good draft pick.
22. San Diego Chargers
Record: 5-6
Week 12 result: Beat the Texans, 21-13
Week 12 star: Wide receiver Dontrelle Inman had six catches for 119 yards and a touchdown.
Week 13 opponent: vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
One thing to know: Philip Rivers had three touchdowns in Week 12. According to ESPN, only four others quarterbacks have more three-touchdown games since Rivers entered the NFL in 2004.
21. New Orleans Saints
Record: 5-6
Week 12 result: Beat the Rams, 49-21
Week 12 star: Drew Brees was dominant, throwing 310 yards and four touchdowns on 28 of 36 passing.
Week 13 opponent: vs. Detroit Lions
One thing to know: ESPN's Marty Callinan calls the Saints the unluckiest — and most underrated — team in the NFL.
20. Buffalo Bills
Record: 6-5
Week 12 result: Beat the Jaguars, 28-21
Week 12 star: LeSean McCoy had 109 rushing yards and two touchdowns, continuing his monster year.
Week 13 opponent: at Oakland Raiders
One thing to know: The Bills are not out of the playoff picture yet. A road game against the red-hot Raiders could make or break their season.
19. Green Bay Packers
Record: 5-6
Week 12 result: Beat the Eagles, 27-13
Week 12 star: Aaron Rodgers had a great game, throwing 313 yards and two touchdowns (one of which was as nice a throw as you'll ever see).
Week 13 opponent: vs. Houston Texans
One thing to know: The Packers are favored in their remaining five games, but ESPN still gives less than a 30% chance to make the playoffs.
18. Indianapolis Colts
Record: 5-6
Week 12 result: Lost to the Steelers, 28-7
Week 12 star: Nobody!
Week 13 opponent: at New York Jets
One thing to know: Andrew Luck should return to action this week after missing Week 12 in concussion protocol.
17. Minnesota Vikings
Record: 6-5
Week 12 result: Lost to the Lions, 16-13
Week 12 star: Kai Forbath had two field goals, so we'll give it to him.
Week 13 opponent: vs. Dallas Cowboys
One thing to know: The Vikings are 1-5 in their past six games. During that stretch they've scored the fourth-fewest points per game (16.5) in the league.
16. Tennessee Titans
Record: 6-6
Week 12 result: Beat the Bears, 27-21
Week 12 star: Wide receiver Rishard Matthews had 64 yards and a touchdown, making that five touchdowns in his last five games.
Week 13 opponent: Bye week
One thing to know: The Titans are alive in the playoff race, thanks to some very unfortunate end-zone drops by the Bears that would have won them the game.
15. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Record: 6-5
Week 12 result: Beat the Seahawks, 14-5
Week 12 star: Mike Evans caught eight passes for 104 yards and two touchdowns. He's quietly become one of the best receivers in football.
Week 13 opponent: at San Diego Chargers
One thing to know: A 14-5 final score had happened just one time in NFL history prior to Sunday.
14. Houston Texans
Record: 6-5
Week 12 result: Lost to the Chargers, 21-13
Week 12 star: Linebacker Bernardrick McKinney had 12 tackles, including a sack, tackle for loss, and QB hit.
Week 13 opponent: at Green Bay Packers
One thing to know: Brock Osweiler had three interceptions in Week 12, but head coach Bill O'Brien insisted Osweiler will remain the starter.
13. Washington Redskins
Record: 6-4-1
Week 12 result: Lost to the Cowboys, 31-26
Week 12 star: Kirk Cousins threw for 449 (!) yards and four touchdowns. He's playing for a big contract — and he's gonna get it!
Week 13 opponent: at Arizona Cardinals
One thing to know: The wrap on Cousins has typically been his interceptions, but he's thrown just one over his last five games. 'Skins fans like that!
12. Pittsburgh Steelers
Record: 6-5
Week 12 result: Beat the Colts, 28-7
Week 12 star: Antonio Brown had 91 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Week 13 opponent: vs. New York Giants
One thing to know: Ben Roethlisberger scolded Antonio Brown for his touchdown celebrations, saying it puts their kickers and defense in bad field position.
11. Baltimore Ravens
Record: 6-5
Week 12 result: Beat the Bengals, 19-12
Week 12 star: Terrelle Suggs had two sacks, and the entire Ravens defense was sharp to hold the (depleted) Bengals to just two TDs.
Week 13 opponent: vs. Miami Dolphins
One thing to know: The Ravens turned the final play of their game against the Bengals into a WWE match, as every player committed a penalty to help run the clock out and seal their victory.
10. Miami Dolphins
Record: 7-4
Week 12 result: Beat the 49ers, 31-24
Week 12 star: Ryan Tannehill threw for 285 yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions for a 130 passer rating.
Week 13 opponent: at Baltimore Ravens
One thing to know: The Dolphins have been red hot, riding a six-game winning streak into Wild Card position. However, only two of those wins have come against teams with an above-.500 record. Three of their next five opponents are above-.500.
9. Denver Broncos
Record: 7-4
Week 12 result: Lost to the Chiefs, 30-27
Week 12 star: Trevor Siemian had a big game against a good Chiefs defense, throwing 368 yards and three TDs.
Week 13 opponent: at Jacksonville Jaguars
One thing to know: The Broncos' questionable decision in OT to kick a lengthy field goal (and miss) wound up costing them the game. It could also come back to haunt them as they hunt for a playoff spot.
8. Detroit Lions
Record: 7-4
Week 12 result: Beat the Vikings, 16-13
Week 12 star: Kicker Matt Prater accounted for 10 of the Lions' 16 points, including the game-winning field goal.
Week 13 opponent: vs. New Orleans Saints
One thing to know: The Lions are in good position to win the NFC North after beating the Vikings twice this season.
7. Atlanta Falcons
Record: 7-4
Week 12 result: Beat the Cardinals, 38-19
Week 12 star: Taylor Gabriel had an efficient game, catching four passes for 75 yards and two touchdowns.
Week 13 opponent: vs. Kansas City Chiefs
One thing to know: Cornerback Desmond Trufant has been placed on the IR. It's another big blow to the Falcons defense, which is giving up 27.5 points per game (29th).
6. New York Giants
Record: 8-3
Week 12 result: Beat the Browns, 27-13
Week 12 star: Odell Beckham Jr. had 96 yards and two touchdowns.
Week 13 opponent: at Pittsburgh Steelers
One thing to know: Eli Manning's brother, Peyton (maybe you've heard of him?) visited the Giants this week and even gave some insight into how they can attack Ben Roethlisberger in Week 13.
5. Kansas City Chiefs
Record: 8-3
Week 12 result: Beat the Broncos, 30-27
Week 12 star: Travis Kelce caught eight passes for 101 yards.
Week 13 opponent: at Atlanta Falcons
One thing to know: According to FiveThirtyEight, the Chiefs have the best chance to win the AFC West. They've won six out of their last seven, but still currently trail the Oakland Raiders by a game.
4. Seattle Seahawks
Record: 7-3-1
Week 12 result: Lost to the Buccaneers, 14-5
Week 12 star: We'll give it to Kam Chancellor for his 8 tackles, interception, and tackle for loss.
Week 13 opponent: vs. Carolina Panthers
One thing to know: The Seahawks are lucky to hold a sizable lead in the NFC West, otherwise, laying a five-point egg against the Bucs could be costly in a playoff race.
3. New England Patriots
Record: 9-2
Week 12 result: Beat the Jets, 22-17
Week 12 star: Malcolm Mitchell caught two touchdown passes for the Patriots in the win.
Week 13 opponent: vs. Los Angeles Rams
One thing to know: Tom Brady collected his 200th career win, tying him with Peyton Manning for the most ever.
2. Oakland Raiders
Record: 9-2
Week 12 result: Beat the Panthers, 35-32
Week 12 star: Derek Carr, who threw for 315 yards, two touchdowns and an interception even after dislocating two fingers on his throwing hand.
Week 13 opponent: vs. Buffalo Bills
One thing to know: The Raiders have an elite offense and a fearsome pass rush, but their secondary continues to plague them. They're 22nd in pass defense, according to Football Outsider.
1. Dallas Cowboys
Record: 10-1
Week 12 result: Beat the Redskins, 31-26
Week 12 star: Dak Prescott threw for a TD and ran for another, while fellow rookie Ezekiel Elliott ran for two more.
Week 13 opponent: at Minnesota Vikings
One thing to know: Prescott has received tons of praise from Jerry Jones. That doesn't mean he's always understood exactly what Jones' praise has meant...
