  • The Lakers star's decision to sell his LA home for $30 million comes amid rumors of a trade.
  • The Brentwood Park mansion is nearly 13,500 square feet in one of LA's exclusive communities.

Lakers star Russell Westbrook is listing his Los Angeles home for $30 million as whispers of a potential trade continue to spread.

While NBA fans await a final decision on where Westbrook will end up in the upcoming season, the star has perhaps offered a clue: On Tuesday, a listing for his half-acre home of four years in the affluent Brentwood Park community went live on Zillow.

Los Angeles Times' Dan Woike speculated on the possibility of Westbrook, 33, being traded to either the Utah Jazz or the Indiana Pacers in a newsletter on Friday.

In true Westbrook fashion, the listing boasts "two separate walk-in (closets) that rival any luxury department store." In June, a Vogue feature gave readers a view into the star's Fashion Week wardrobe.

Whoever ends up purchasing the athlete's mansion will have Lebron James, Judd Apatow, and sports commentator Al Michaels as neighbors, the LA Times reports.

The former MVP purchased the newly built 13,425-square-foot custom house in 2018 for $19.75 million. Before Westbrook, the property belong to Australian actor Anthony LaPaglia, the LA Times says.

It's in Brentwood Park – a neighborhood to a number of celebrities.

The residence features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms with a "five-star primary suite," according to the original listing.

The living room on the main level is accented by built-in shelves and large windows. On the lower level, the owners can enjoy a chilled wine room, gym, and movie theater.

Brentwood Park is an affluent neighborhood home to some of LA's biggest stars. According to a 2020 report, it's been home to Travis Scott, Tobey Maguire, and music mogul Scooter Braun.

Bjorn Farrugia of Hilton & Hyland and Donnell Beverly Jr. of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties is the agent responsible for the listing.
