The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 schedule and the tournament is all set to take place from October 17 to November 14 this year.

The ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2021 will be hosted by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Oman.

The tournament will begin with the Round 1 Group B encounter between host Oman and Papua New Guinea at 2 p.m., local time on October 17, with Scotland and Bangladesh, the other teams in Group B, clashing in the evening match.

India is placed in Group B alongside arch-rivals Pakistan, New Zealand, and Afghanistan.

The top two teams in each group will proceed to the Super 12 stage, beginning on October 23.

The first semi-final will be held in Abu Dhabi on 10 November at 6 p.m., local time followed by the second semi-final on 11 November by Dubai.

The final will be held in Dubai on November 14 while November 15 has been kept as the reserve day.
