Asia Cup 2022: Overview

The Asia Cup 2022 will commence in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on August 27, Saturday. With the T20 World Cup only a few months away, the Asia Cup will serve as a dress rehearsal for Asia’s top teams.

Format of Asia Cup 2022

The Asia Cup 2022 will be played in the T20 format, making it the second time the tournament will be played in the shortest format.

Teams participating in Asia Cup 2022

Six teams will feature in the Asia Cup 2022 tournament – India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and one winner from the qualifier round. The qualifier is being played between Singapore, UAE, Kuwait, and Hong Kong.
