A Russian slapping maestro was recently slapped unconscious in a slap sports shocker.

Full-time farmer Vasiliy Khamotiskiy, a 300-pound slapper in his spare time, has attracted internet fame this year for his extraordinary ability to slap people senseless.

Khamotiskiy, nicknamed "Dumpling" because he likes the food so much, was building up so many wins, he even won 30,000 rubles ($400) when he was awarded the male slapping championship at even event in Krasnoyarsk in March.

Since then he has gone on a slapping winning streak, one which was brought to an abrupt halt this month when he was slapped into a "mini coma" after he was hit so hard he face-planted a metal barrel that had been put between him and his opponent.

Khamotiskiy was hospitalized briefly after the slap knockout, but said after that he "liked" the shot that finished him, according to RT.com. He also said he was sent into a "mini coma."

Khamotiskiy said: "It was a good hook, I liked it. I was put to sleep for a little bit. I could have carried on but they grabbed me and wanted to get me out of there."

RT added that the knockout did not leave Khamotiskiy disheartened, as he was seen on video happily eating dumplings after his defeat.
