<p>Weiner was a NY Congressman whose career ended in shambles after he accidentally tweeted a naked picture of himself, which was meant as a DM to a follower.</p>
<p>And so reporters are hanging out in front of his house, hoping to get his first quote/picture/comment.</p>
<p>Some have been waiting for 3 hours.</p>
