The eCommerce giant, which has been in the news very often for its mega fund raising activities, has partnered with West Coast Marine Yacht Services to sell these yachts. This is how the deal will work—on receiving the booking amount, West Coast Marine Yachts will contact the buyer, understand the requirements of the buyer, customize and then deliver the Yacht to the customer’s preferred location.

Snapdeal plans to initially sell nine luxury yachts including two variants of Gulfcraft's luxury fly-bridge motor yachts under the "Majesty" brand, two variants of Gulfcraft "Oryx" sports yachts, four variants of Gulfcraft "Silvercraft" family fishing boats and a family cruiser from JJ Boats.
"Through this association with West Coast Marine Yacht Services, we are further widening our assortment in the luxury segment for users seeking premium products across categories," Tony Navin, senior vice-president, Electronics and Home, Snapdeal, said.

Snapdeal offers luxury and premium products across categories including gem-studded watches, jewellery, apparels, and appliances. Luxury products and services is a $14 billion or nearly Rs10,000 cr market in India, growing at 30 per cent year-on-year, according to a recent KPMG-ASSOCHAM report.
