You may be working in an MNC with no time to eat breakfast in the morning, but the Queen has two breakfasts. According to The Telegraph, she starts her day with a cup of Earl Grey tea with no milk or sugar and biscuits.
Later on, she eats cereal with fruit alternating with eggs and smoked salmon.
The queen loves having gin and Dubonnet cocktail before having her lunch.
The queen loved truffle only during Christmas when she received gifts. Otherwise in regular days, she would never order a fresh truffle.
After lunch, the queen relishes on a cup of Earl Grey tea with honey and cream sponge cake, chocolate pie, or chocolate biscuit cake.
She eats mid meal snacks comprising of finger sandwiches of smoked salmon, egg and mayo, cucumber.
The queen’s dinner is a low carb one with no rice or pasta. She relishes some grilled meats and vegetables.
Also her meat needs to well done. She enjoys her Sunday roast like a perfect Brit.
Before hitting the bed, the queen loves a champagne treat most of the days.
