The Aurus Senat was unveiled to the public on August 29, 2018 at the Moscow International Auto Show.
Aurus Senat was developed in conjunction with a Russia state-sponsored research institute agency known by the acronym NAMI, as well as the Russian carmaker Sollers.
The car appears to be an original luxury vehicle developed by Russia.
But the Aurus Senat bears a striking similarity to the Mercedes-Maybach S600 Pullman Guard, especially the interiors.

The Rolls-Royce Phantom would appear to have a bone to pick with Aurus Senat over the use of its massive metallic front grille, as well as the similarities apparent in both the car's general shape and its body.
