Boe Hartman, Technology

Boe Hartman joined Goldman Sachs from Barclays, originally to help Goldman's Marcus lending unit get up and running. Since then, he's been promoted to co-chief information officer for the firm's banking subsidiary. He's also head of consumer-banking technology and digital finance technology.

At Barclays, Hartman was chief information officer for Barclay's credit card operation. He spent more than a decade at Capital One prior to that. Hartman attended West Virginia University.

Yared is a senior member of an elite unit within Goldman's sales and trading division known as the principal strategic investments group. The employees in PSI make investments in financial technology startups and in some cases even help build businesses within Goldman.

Yared has been leading the firm's foray into cryptocurrency trading, and she serves on the board of Goldman portfolio companies, including Kensho, a machine learning and analytics startup. She has degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and the London School of Economics and joined Goldman as an analyst in 2006.

Andy Ozment, Technology

Andy Ozment is Goldman's chief information security officer. He joined the bank in 2017 after a lifelong career working in cybersecurity for US government departments including the US Department of Homeland Security.

Ozment is one of a group of ex-government officials who have been hired by banks over the last few years to help them combat online threats.

Jameson Schriber, Securities

Jameson Schriber, Securities

Jameson Schriber is one of the younger Goldman partners named to this year's class, having graduated from Yale University with a computer science degree in 2008.

Schriber manages the team of quants in Goldman's Delta One trading business. He joined Goldman right out of school as an analyst and became managing director in 2016.

He's a member of the New York advisory board for Bottom Line, a non-profit that helps disadvantaged high schoolers get into college.

Akila Raman, Investment Banking

Akila Raman, Investment Banking

Akila Raman is a banker in Goldman’s financing group, where she helps energy and utility clients sell investment grade debt and hedge their exposures. She has completed some complex acquisition deals and specializes in helping clients manage M&A risk, according to her LinkedIn profile.

She graduated with a politics degree from Princeton University.
