Smirnoff Snowball
Ingredients:
Smirnoff Red No. 21 Vodka 60ml
White Grapes 5
Pears 5 dices
Lime Juice 10 ml
Caster Sugar 1 bar spoon
Basil Leaves 5 nos
Method
Muddle chopped pears, white grapes and add lime juice and caster sugar to the mix. Add gently crush basil, along to the muddled ingredients in the shaker, to infuse the aroma. Pour Smirnoff No. 21 vodka and fill the shaker with ice. Shake well and strain the contents into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.
To prepare the ice basket, take a lime squeezer and fill it with crushed ice. Squeeze till the extra ice falls off and then take the ice mould out, thereby forming the ice basket. Place it on top of the drink and garnish it.
Garnish
Garnish this masterpiece with chopped pears and white grapes.

Royal Apple & Cinnamon Pie
Ingredients
Royal Challenge Whisky 60ml
Cinnamon Syrup 10ml
Apple Juice 60ml
Angostura bitters 2 dash
Method
Add all ingredients in an Old Fashioned glass and fill 3/4th the glass with ice cubes. Stir the drink for 30 seconds to dilute it and add more ice cubes. Proceed to cut 4-5 thin apple slices and hold them together to make a Japanese fan. Place it on top of the drink along with a cinnamon stick. To create a nice cinnamon aroma, dust cinnamon powder from a salt shaker while keeping a flame on using a cigarette lighter on top of the drink, while taking care not to burn the fan.
Garnish
Garnish the drink with apple fan/cinnamon stick and cinnamon sparkles.

Pomegranate & Rosemary Fizz
Ingredients
Smirnoff Red No. 21 Vodka 60ml
Pomegranate Pearls 2 bar spoon
Rosemary 1 sprig
Lime Juice 10ml
Soda top up
Method
Muddle pomegranate pearls and add lime juice to infuse the sweet and sour flavours in a shaker. Gently crush a rosemary spring and add to the mix with Smirnoff No.21 Vodka and lime juice and fill the shaker with ice cubes. Shake well and strain the content into a Collins glass. Top the drink with soda and garnish it.

Ingredients:
Royal Challenge Whisky 60ml
Monin Blood Orange 15ml
Lime Juice 15ml
Egg White Dash (Optional)
Orange peel
Method
Add all the ingredients and ice cubes in a shaker and shake well. Strain the contents in a chilled martini glass. Take an orange peel and spray orange oil by bending it on top the glass and rim the glass with orange peel in a way the orange oil sticks to it.
Garnish
Garnish the drink with orange peel or a cherry
