Eat easily digestible foods. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day with an interval of 2.5 to 3 hours at it helps you avoid overeating. One should drink at least 8-12 glasses of water a day. Prefer home cooked and try to eat your dinner early as it helps in good digestion
