  • If you love Obi-Wan Kenobi, the Mandalorian, and BB-8, you're not alone.
  • Stephen Colbert and Joseph Gordon-Levitt love Chewie, R2-D2, and lightsabers just as much as you.

During an episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Star Wars Day in 2017 that Kristen Bell, Scott's friend and frequent co-star, hosted, Scott told the story of how he invited Mark Hamill, aka Luke Skywalker, to his birthday party when he was a kid. Understandably, Hamill did not make an appearance at the party.

However, Scott was shocked to find out that Hamill was actually at "Jimmy Kimmel Live!," and the two finally met, with Scott looking genuinely overwhelmed with shaky hands and a huge smile.

"This really is one of the best moments of my life. For real." Scott said.

In this case, art must imitate life, because Scott's "Parks and Recreation" character Ben Wyatt also loves all things "Star Wars."

At the end of season one of "The Mandalorian" — which returns for season three on March 1 — two Stormtroopers might've sounded a bit familiar. That's because they were played by Ted Lasso himself, Jason Sudeikis, and "Happy Endings" star Adam Pally.

In 2020, Pally shared how much it meant to him to be in "Star Wars," saying he was a "huge" fan. "I knew what a bike scout was versus a stormtrooper, so that should answer your question," he told Entertainment Weekly. "This was super fun."

For Sudeikis, it was more about his son loving "Star Wars."

"For me, the most significant thing was my little boy Otis, who, like any little kid from the last 50 years, loves 'Star Wars.' And I remember he even got to see baby Yoda," he told Uproxx in 2020.

When "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" director invited Smith to visit the film's set in England in 2014, Smith took him up on the offer.

Smith posted a teary-eyed Instagram picture and said being on set made him feel young again.

"When I was a kid, I liked 'Star Wars,' and now I'm on the 'Star Wars' set," the actor told the LA Times in 2015 of the experience. "The moment I stepped on the Millennium Falcon, 10 years dropped off my life."

Radcliffe became a "Star Wars" fan late in life, but when he did he fell in love with the movies. He told Conan O'Brien in 2014 that he crashed the set of "The Force Awakens" because he knew most of the Potter crew was working on the film.

That same year, Radcliffe also dressed up as Boba Fett for a Halloween episode of "The Ellen Show."

When Tina Fey walked down the aisle as Liz Lemon in the last season of "30 Rock," it was dressed in Princess Leia's classic white robe and twin hair buns.

"It's the only white dress I own," Lemon quips.

In real life, Fey was spotted wearing a "Vote Princess Leia" shirt on "Saturday Night Live" in 2008.

In 2015, Gordon-Levitt attended "The Force Awakens" premiere dressed in a homemade costume. His Yoda-inspired look included green face-paint and a pair of verdant "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" pajama pants.

Maybe that helped him land a cameo in "The Last Jedi," along with his long-standing friendship with director Rian Johnson. Gordon-Levitt has actually appeared in all of Johnson's films in some capacity, including "Glass Onion."

In a now-deleted Instagram post, Munn posted a photo of her and then- boyfriend Aaron Rodgers in "Star Wars" gear in 2015.

"Who's the bigger #StarWars fan...The one who bought this awesome shirt at @oldnavy or the one who already owned his own Obi-Wan Kenobi robe?" she wrote.

Munn has previously been spotted dressed as Princess Leia, complete with the infamous "Slave Leia" bikini.

Wilson attended the "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" premiere in Hollywood with his son Walter, who dressed as bounty hunter Boba Fett.

In 2018, Wilson put it out into the galaxy that he wants to play Bib Fortuna, one of Jabba's henchmen, in a future "Star Wars" spin-off.

The "Pam & Tommy" star told MTV he wanted to play the alien Watto in the new film.

"I'm campaigning to play that Jewish alien who built those robots in the George Lucas [prequels]," Rogen joked to MTV in 2014. "If you're reprising the anti-Semitic Jewish flying alien creature, please consider me."

Kaling totally trolled "Star Wars" fans on "The Tonight Show" by pretending to know absolutely nothing about the intergalactic franchise back in 2015.

In reality, the "Velma" star is actually a big fan of the series, and she even moderated a panel with the cast of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" in December 2015.

Stephen Colbert says he's the original "Star Wars" fan.

In 1977, a young Colbert won two tickets to see the original "Star Wars" movie two weeks before it opened in theaters.

"I have been a 'Star Wars' fan two weeks longer than any of you," said Colbert in 2014.

He also battled fellow talk-show host Jon Stewart for the title of "Biggest Star Wars Fan," and when the first trailers for "The Force Awakens" came out he explained why the three-pronged lightsaber was the perfect design.

Colbert also moderated a "Rise of Skywalker" panel at the 2019 Star Wars Celebration.

Megan Fox isn't a big Twitter user, but back in 2013, the actress used the platform to show her inner "Star Wars" fan.

"Is it cool or embarrassing to own a life size R2-D2? It's cool right?...Right?!" Fox tweeted along with this picture of the giant droid.

However, that doesn't mean she wants to actually be in "Star Wars."

"It's hard because there are certain things that I'm a fan of, that I love them so much that I wouldn't want to be in them," Fox told Yahoo in 2021.

"It's hard, because obviously who doesn't want to be in a 'Star Wars' movie? But then, at the same time, it's like, 'I can't love the movie anymore because I have to look at my stupid face and be upset about all the things I did wrong in it.' So there's that," she continued.

In 2014, Kendrick tweeted a picture after meeting Carrie Fisher. The actress also starred in a commercial for "Star Wars" video game "Battlefield," yielding a kitchen knife as a faux lightsaber.

When the "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" trailer dropped, Kendrick took to Twitter to express her excitement.

"'There's a new Star Wars trailer! EVERYBODY SHUT UP THERE'S A NEW STAR WARS TRAILER!' - me being professional on set today," the actress tweeted.

"I can mark out my life ... in terms of my relationship with that film," Pegg told The Guardian in 2010 of the first film being released when he was 8.

Pegg finally got the chance to live out his dream of being in a "Star Wars" movie. He played alien Unkar Plutt in "The Force Awakens."

In 2022, Pegg reflected on the "toxic" fandom that has become associated with "Star Wars" over the last few years, and how he was a participant in that.

"I've apologized for the things I said about, you know, Jar Jar Binks," Pegg said during an appearance on "Jim and Sam." "Because, of course, there was [an actor] involved. He was getting a lot of flack and … it was a human being. And because it got a lot of hate, he suffered, you know, and I feel terrible about being part of that."

The brothers didn't just stop by the set of the movie in 2016. "The Force Awakens" star John Boyega confirmed Prince William and Prince Harry filmed cameos as Stormtroopers during an interview with BBC Radio 4.

Unfortunately, the duo didn't make it into the final film, though they did attend the film's London premiere.
