A University of Virginia Law School grad already charged with forcible sodomy might face more charges as a second accuser steps forward.

Christopher Dumler was charged with felony forcible sodomy in October 2012 after a woman claimed she was forced to have anal sex with him, NBC29 reported at the time.

Then on Friday, less than a week before he was scheduled to appear in court on the first charge, another woman claimed Dumler raped and sodomized her multiple times in 2006, Newsplex.com reported Monday, citing police search warrants.

Dumler graduated from UVA Law in 2009.

He was a 1L student at the time the first attack allegedly happened, according to Newsplex.com.

He now runs a general practice in Scottsville, Va., and is the youngest supervisor (a type of local elected official) in Albemarle County's history, The Daily Progress reported in October.

Dumler accepted a plea deal in the first case, telling Business Insider that while he maintains his innocence, a trial would have been "a lengthy, expensive, and emotionally trying ordeal."
