SEBI wants some tough answers from 4 companies on their IPO plans

SEBI, the capital markets regulator of India, has sought clarification from four companies regarding their proposed IPOs.

These companies are Advanced Enzyme Technologies, KPR Agrochem, S P Apparels and Thyrocare Technologies.

While SEBI has not disclosed the details of the clarifications that it seeks from these companies, it has said that it is awaiting response from their merchant bankers and lead managers.
