This 3D-printed vehicle by Local Motors is being developed by scientists to be highway-ready by 2016. The machine uses carbon fiber-infused plastic to create its vehicles. The car will cost between $18,000-$30,000, seats two and can drive up to 25 mph.  The car should last for about five years and, when that five years is over, it can be recycled.
