I preferred Stewart's routine because it was more diverse and included yoga and cardio.
I always love the feeling after a good workout, but lately, I've been wanting to try something new.
In an effort to change things up, I decided to try the workout routines of celebrity chefs Martha Stewart — the subject of the recently released Netflix documentary, "Martha" — and Rachael Ray.
Here's what my experience was like.

Day one: I started my experiment with a Stewart-inspired workout routine.
