Cut paneer into cubes, and marinate with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and lemon juice. Skewer with bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Grill or bake until golden brown.

Spread mint chutney on bread, and layer with paneer slices, cucumber, and tomato. Grill or toast until crispy.

Sauté onions, and green chillies, add tomatoes, then crumbled paneer, salt, red chilli powder, and garam masala. Cook, and garnish with coriander. Serve with bread or roti.

Dip paneer pieces in the batter made of chickpea flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, and ajwain. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with green chutney or ketchup.

Flatten bread, and fill with mixture of crumbled paneer, onions, green chillies, and coriander. Roll tightly, secure with a toothpick, and shallow fry until crispy. Serve hot with sauce.
