Rouhani offers India $8 billion investment plan

India receives proposal to invest in infrastructure projects worth $8 billion by the Iranian President himself. Hassan Rouhani also discussed with India about developing a strategic port that will open up access to Central Asia, the Iranian envoy in New Delhi said on Friday.
