Rockies shortstop Jose Reyes reportedly arrested on a charge of domestic abuse
According to the report, Katherine Reyes told police that he grabbed her off the bed and shoved her. His wife also told police that Reyes grabbed her throat and shoved her into the sliding glass balcony door, Hawaii News Now reported.
Reyes' wife reportedly told police that she suffered injuries to her neck, thigh, and wrist. She was taken to the emergency room at a local hospital.
Reyes was arrested on a charge of abuse of a family or household member and released on bail.
According to the report, Reyes confirmed to the police that he was arguing with his wife but told them that he never touched her.

The Colorado Rockies issued a statement on Tuesday morning.
"We are extremely disappointed and concerned to learn of the allegations involving Jose Reyes. We continue to gather information and will address this matter appropriately, in accordance with Major League Baseball's Joint Domestic Violence , Sexual Assault, and Child Abuse Policy."
Reyes and his wife have been married since 2008. They have three daughters.
