How to get a limited-edition, reusable Starbucks holiday cup for free this Thursday
- You can get a free reusable holiday cup from Starbucks when you buy a holiday drink on Thursday.
- Hitting a Starbucks location early in the day can increase your chances of nabbing one of the cups.
If you want to keep the magic of Starbucks' holiday cup designs alive for longer, you'll have your opportunity on Thursday, Nov. 18, when the coffee chain will give away reusable red holiday cups if you order a fall or holiday drink.
"The reusable red cup has become a tradition for customers each holiday season and is a step towards reducing single-use cup waste as we work towards our planet-positive goals," Brady Brewer, chief marketing officer for Starbucks, said in a press release.
Some drinks that are eligible for the promotion are the Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte, the peppermint mocha, and the chain's pumpkin spice latte.
The free cup will only be available while supplies last, so getting to the store earlier can give you a better chance of getting your hands on one. This is the fourth year the chain will be running the promotion.
This year's holiday cups feature a white ribbon on a red background, and the giveaway is eligible no matter how you order.
