Burger King described the dessert as "eccentric, but delicious" with contrasting temperatures, textures, and flavors.
This isn't the first time the company has stuffed fries into its meals.
In October, Burger King Japan teased censored images of a perplexingly cheap 290 yen ($2.76) burger on social media, before revealing that the secret contents was, in fact, French fries.
The "Fake Burger" was available for just two weeks, and featured French fries and beef sauce sandwiched between burger buns.
Its Japanese arm has also released an "ugly burger" with four-cheese buns, and an "extreme" burger which has no bun and more than a pound of meat.
