The Bed Bath & Beyond deals are back.

E-commerce site Overstock — I mean, Bed Bath & Beyond — has just launched new versions of the home goods brand's website and app. And both are brimming with discounts, a staple of the Bed Bath and Beyond shopping experience.

Overstock renamed itself Bed Bath & Beyond after purchasing the bankrupt company's brand assets. It's hoping that the familiar name and the deals will entice customers to keep shopping despite the demise of Bed Bath & Beyond's brick-and-mortar stores. The new website and shopping app launched on Tuesday.

Both offer a slew of coupons and discounts — a long trademark of the Bed Bath & Beyond brand.

After typing "Overstock" or "Bed Bath & Beyond" into my search bar, I was taken to the new Bed Bath & Beyond website and promptly met with a "Spin to Win" wheel of discounts – from 5% off to $30 off a $300 order.

Other promotions on the website included additional 20% discounts on some rugs and bath products, an extra 15% of furniture and home decor, and up to 40% of select bedding. And on the Bed Bath & Beyond app, I received a 25% off welcome coupon just for downloading the app.

The deals are even sweeter for members who were previously enrolled in Overstock's and Bed Bath & Beyond's loyalty programs. On top of the existing discounts, Overstock members will get a 20% coupon, CNBC reported. And Bed Bath & Beyond members will receive $50 in reward points, coupons, and a membership for the company's new rewards program.

The new website and app have also merged offerings from both retailers. Products that customers would have found on the old Bed Bath & Beyond website, like bedding and kitchen items, are being sold alongside Overstock's assortment of patio furniture, living room and dining room furniture, area rugs, and mattresses.

Overstock had been looking for ways to rebrand itself for years, Johnson said in an earnings call at the end of June. "We have long looked for ways to rebrand, but wanted to do so in a way that wouldn't take years or cost hundreds of millions of dollars," he said.

While the e-commerce site started out as a discounted surplus and returned-merchandise platform, the site eventually pivoted to selling new home goods. But Johnson said that first impression stayed with shoppers and suppliers, the latter of whom were hesitant to sell their products through the site.
