REPORTS: Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano Is Resigning Today

United States Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano will resign on Friday, according to reports in Reuters and the Los Angeles Times' Larry Gordon. She will become the next president of the University of California system, Gordon reports. More to come...
