Albert Breer of the NFL Network says that the deal actually includes the teams swapping picks in this year's draft and a conditional draft pick going to the Eagles in next year's draft.
Later on ESPN, Schefter clarified that the deal is not done yet, but that when talks reach this stage it is expected that the trade will happen.
This deal will have huge implications on the NFL and the upcoming NFL Draft.
It was widely expected that the Eagles would make a run for Marcus Mariota who played for head coach Chip Kelly at the University of Oregon. While that could still happen, it would appear that the Eagles are ready to move forward with Bradford as their starter for the time being.
Complicating matters is Bradford's contract which has just one year left on the deal. Bradford, who first pick of the 2010 NFL Draft, is scheduled to make $13 million in the final year of his 6-year, $78 million contract.
