REPORT: A woman dressed in black is walking near a Moscow metro station holding a severed head

Multiple Russian news sites are reporting that a woman dressed in black has been seen walking near a Moscow metro station carrying a severed head.

Russia Today tweeted a picture appearing to show the woman on the streets (warning: the tweet contains graphic content) as well as a video of police vehicles rushing to the scene.

RBC a 24-hour business news TV channel is also reporting the news.

Earlier on Monday the Interfax news agency said police had discovered the decapitated body of a child while fighting a fire at a Moscow apartment.
