Renault introduces Kwid variant for Rs 4.3 lakh, names it Kwid Climber

French automaker Renault has unveiled a new variant of its popular hatchback Kwid.
Christened as Kwid Climber, it will be available in both manual and automated manual transmission (AMT) modes.

While the manual variant costs priced at Rs 4.3 lakh, the AMT trim of the vehicle would come for Rs 4.6 lakh (both prices ex-showroom Delhi).

"The Renault Kwid Climber has been developed keeping in mind specific customer needs and caters to diverse audiences, becoming the perfect offering for young achievers who are moving up places steadfastly," Renault India Operations Country CEO and MD Sumit Sawhney said.
The new hatchback comes with 1.0-litre SCe engine, and was first showcased as a concept vehicle at the Auto Expo 2016.
