As it reaches near the bridge, which leads to nowhere, the surface of water is deep blue and often a shoal of fish would pop out and shine in the sun. Sit on any big boulder and patiently wait for the call with the fishing rod. Even if it’s your first time, you can surely find four to five fishes in an hour’s time.

How to reach: From Delhi, this place is an eight-hour drive. Roads are smooth. Otherwise, take a train to Kathgodam in Uttarakhand, and from there Ramgarh is a 60 km drive. The nearest airport to Ramgarh is Pantnagar.
