Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra has added several feathers to her hat, right from winning the Miss World title, to being a successful Hindi film actress, an appreciated singer and the protagonist in an American network series. Well, this “Jack of all trades” is soon going to make the country even prouder.

The Bajirao Mastani actress is all set to grace the red carpet at the upcoming 88th Academy Awards, and will also be presenting an award at the prestigious awards show.

As per reports, she has her name listed in the second slate of presenters, which also includes Steve Carell, Quincy Jones, Byung-hun Lee, Jared Leto Julianne Moore, Olivia Munn, Margot Robbie, Jason Segel Andy Serkis, JK Simmons, Kerry Washington and Reese Witherspoon.

As soon as the news came out, the Desi Girl took to social networking site Twitter to share her excitement with millions of her fans.

Since then, she has been busy reading and replying to congratulatory messages from her fans and colleagues.

Priyanka will also be the sole representative of India at this year's Oscar ceremony, given that "Court", India’s official entry in the best foreign film category for the Oscars 2016, could not make it to the final five.

The Academy Awards will take place on February 28, 2016, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California.
