Porsche launches Panamera Turbo priced at Rs 1.93 crore

Porsche, the luxury sports car maker from Germany, has launched its new Panamera saloon in India, with price starting from Rs 1.93 crore (ex-showroom Maharashtra).

The all-wheel drive Panamera Turbo will also be available as an executive version, with a 150 millimetre longer wheelbase and an extended range of equipments, which would be available for Rs 2.05 crore.

"In the new Panamera, our customers and enthusiasts will experience a fundamentally redesigned car with new turbo engines, sharper exterior design, intuitive interior features and innovative technologies," said Porsche India Director Pavan Shetty.

Powered by a new 4L twin-turbo V8 engine, the Turbo model has a power of 550 HP at 5,750 rpm, which is 30 HP more than its predecessor.

As per the statement, the vehicle can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in mere 3.8 seconds.
